We keep our hiring process straightforward and engaging. You’ll go through a few meaningful steps that help us understand who you are, and help you learn who we are.

CV review

We focus on your professional experience to date. For students and recent graduates, we also take into account relevant projects, diploma thesis, or internships.

Initial video call

A brief video call allows us to asses if we're a good fit and ensures we're on the same page. We'll also address any questions you have and discuss any additional details.

In-person meeting

We’ll invite you for an in-person meeting with the project manager to discuss the position you're applying for, your expectations, and your experience.
