Based on an analysis of top-level management needs and the current state of the BI & DWH, we’ve designed alternatives for the long-term BI strategy including the effects on the TCO based on which the BI & DWH strategy was approved. We are implementing the migration to a new platform of a vast reporting solution for Generali. Part of our deliveries is also the preparation of new methodologies and best practices, optimizations in addition to the development of new reports.
